We're not in the business of making money from deliveries, that's why we charge a $7.50 flat rate on all deliveries. We offer pick up during Covid Alert Levels 2 and under.
Yes! The health and safety of our customers and team members are very important to us. We have strict safety procedures in place at every stage of production, and this includes contactless delivery under government guidelines.
All orders are final and non-refundable. Raw Kind will not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not meet the description on our website. All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order and proof of purchase must be provided. If these requirements are not met, Raw Kind reserves the right to not offer an exchange.

We don't use any dairy products in our recipes, however nuts and seeds are processed on equipment that also processes milk products, so small traces may be present. If you have any concerns please contact us prior to ordering.

We believe in producing a pure and natural product, therefore we don’t use any refined or artificial sweeteners. We use only dry and fresh fruit, hand squeezed fruit juice, and a hint of coconut nectar to give our baking just the right amount of sweetness!
No! We love to let our whole-food ingredients shine! All the flavour and colour you can taste and see comes from real ingredients such as fruit (like berries, lemons and oranges ) and spices and superfoods like turmeric and super-green powders.
