Delightful layers of our zesty lemon whip, vanilla mousse and refreshing raspberries, finished with crunchy organic buckwheat hearts and freeze-dried raspberries. Hand-crafted with real lemon juice, freshly hand-squeezed in our kitchen...never from a bottle!
INGREDIENTS: Cashews, almond meal, coconut oil, fresh hand-squeezed lemon juice, water, organic coconut nectar*, raspberries, organic buckwheat hearts*, vanilla, organic heirloom beetroot powder*, psyllium husk. *Organic Ingredient.
ALLERGENS: Contains: almonds and cashews. May contain traces of other tree nuts, gluten, peanuts, milk products, soy, egg, sesame and sulphites.
STORAGE: Our cakes leave our kitchen frozen and need to be thawed overnight in the fridge. Cakes can be kept frozen for 3 months. To enjoy, thaw overnight in the fridge. Keep chilled and serve straight from the fridge. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

CLICK & COLLECT (SATURDAYS ONLY) from Henderson Valley- Please note that our products keep perfectly well in the freezer, so you can order ahead and collect ahead of time. Please allow 3 full business days.
- Our team personally delivers all your treats, so they reach you in perfect condition. On time, every time!
- Our products leave our kitchen frozen, and our whole cakes need to be thawed overnight in the fridge, therefore we recommend delivery or collection at least 1 day ahead, so please allow time for this. We can accomodate a ready-to-eat cake for urgent orders, please contact us.
- We offer click & collect on Saturdays. We also offer Auckland wide delivery for orders $100 and over.
- Please allow up to 3 full business days for your orders. If you have a dessert emergency, please contact us and we'll try and help!
- Please let us know your preferred DATE & TIME for Click & Collect or Delivery in the field provided at checkout. For further info, please contact us.
- You will receive an email notification on the morning of your scheduled delivery day. A delivery confirmation will be sent via email or text once delivery is complete.
